Honolulu Hawaii saga of the Land of Aloha on the island of Oahu where there is a shortage of consonants and rental units Rental woes HRS Landlord tenant rules

Saturday, July 26

My reverie is that a hall of justice of law would impose an honorable judgment over the brutally vicious and destructive actions of SM and KK.

I am so glad that I am able to get out from underneath the capricious cheerless smog of subjugation that has immersed itself at 1804 Poki Street.

The court dismisses a baseless and mischievous petition against CC , but orders a fresh contempt notice against the writer, SM.

The twelve tenants representing the majority of residents at 1804 Poki St. denied any direct knowledge of the contents of the petition, recalling only innuendo and imputation by SM. The petition is "fraudulent, baseless and frivolous." The majority of the tenants of 1804 Poki Street do not have any knowledge of the purposed claims in the petition that SM and KK initiated. The petition is erroneous, unfounded and mischievous."

The court stressed that tenants who did append their signatures without any recall of CC, for whatever reasons and motives, appended signature onto petition. The exception being the tenants of units N and J, whom the court has already imposed a TRO of harassment against the plaintiff, CC and therefore the veracity of, their claims are controvertible.

The court has found no merit whatever in the petition. In fact, the judgment narrates the petitioners’ lack of elementary procedural validity and the slightest factual basis. The repugnant petition is a complete forgery and criminal and should be treated as such. Such fraudulent claims should endeavor the court to always ascertain and verify signatories in order to reveal the extent of dissimulation.

The law of contempt, has been framed in order to "shore up" respect for the law which is the foundation of civil society. Sanctions for "actual breaches of the law and for actions destroying that respect are the ingredients of the law of contempt.

The petition filed did not pass basic qualifying tests. It amounted to an unnecessary imposition on the time and energy of the Court and respondent. Certain legal experts believe that the glaring legal defects through frivolous and unfounded legal action has helped in obstructing elementary justice to the respondent.

Three little piggies went out to dinner one night. The
waiter came and took their orders for drinks. "I would like a Sprite," said
the first little piggie. "I would like a glass of Coke," said the second
little piggie. "I want lots and lots of water," said the third little piggie.

The drinks were brought out and a little later, the waiter took their orders
for dinner. "I want a nice big steak," said the first piggie. "I would like
the salad plate," said the second piggie. "I want lots and lots of water,"
said the third little piggie. The meals were brought out and a while later
the waiter approached the table and asked if the piggies would like any dessert.

"I want a banana split," said the first piggie. "I want a root beer float,"
said the second piggie. "I want lots and lots of water!" exclaimed the third
little piggie. "Pardon me for asking," said the waiter, "but why have you
only ordered water?" "Well, somebody has to go 'Wee, wee, wee, all
the way home!'" replied the third little piggie.

Pauahi Hale called and I'm moving in Aug. 4th
. I was on the waiting list since MAY. Scott from Pauahi Hale called me
right about a month ago and had a 4th floor walkup - I told them second floor
tops. Because at the pre-trial agreement for summary possession that I'll
move out by the 15th of August, I called back Pauahi Hale and said I'll take
anything. They called me yesterday and said they have a place for me on
the first floor. On August 4th, Monday I will be signing the papers. My Good
Samaritan counselor said yesterday that she heard good things about Pauahi
Hale. I looked them up on the OCP and found no complaints. It is a licensed
realtor who runs the place - not a private person. National Mortgage Real
Estate Corp. is the outfit that runs the place.

Rent is based on a sliding scale fee depending on income. They charge
me 1/3 of my income which is a whole lot better than paying 50% at any other
place in Honolulu.
